Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Postage is worked out from the weight of your order and shown before you pay.
Orders are shipped once per week. You will get an email when your parcel goes out.
Some items cannot be mailed at all — green gas, propane and similar pressurised products are marked pickup only and must be collected at the field.
Pickup at the field
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order during normal store hours. Bring your order confirmation. For age-restricted items, bring photo ID.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be restocked and refunded.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Get in touch first so we know it is coming.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Age and safe use
Airsoft products are not toys. You must be 18 or older to buy age-restricted items, and you may be asked for ID at pickup or on delivery.
Eye protection rated for airsoft use must be worn at all times on the field. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws in your own town and state before buying or transporting airsoft equipment.
Payment & privacy
Payments are handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card — a PayPal account is not required. We never see or store your card details.
We keep only what we need to fill your order: your name, contact details, shipping address and what you bought. We do not sell or share it.
